We had to say goodbye to a beloved family member this weekend. It was time to let her go but we are crushed from her loss. She was Dave’s cat since 2004 but she became especially fond of Everett since the time he was born. Most cats would run and hide from small children however, she more than tolerated him and actually sought him out. I was never a huge fan of cats until I met this one. I didn’t think I could love a cat like this. She never bit, scratched, or exposed a mean side. She never really wanted to play, just wanted to sit and cuddle with anyone who was willing. She lived up to her name and was the chubbiest fluff kitty for the majority of her life. I’m comforted to know she’s no longer in pain but as soon as my mind is idle the tears come again. I wish I had the ability to just shut off the sadness. She was one in a million, the cat of a lifetime and I’m so lucky she was ours. We love you Fatty Kitty ❤️ Until we meet again.
