Today marks the halfway point of my current program. Here’s how it’s going so far... I’ve lost 10.2 pounds and 7.5 inches overall. Three of the inches are from my waist.
To say I’m pleased is an understatement especially as I didn’t originally plan to do this program.
I’d seen snippets of it and there was a lot of jumping involved. I can’t jump due to physical limitations. My attitude was why even try. (Don’t you love when that negative self-talk creeps in. 😒) Then I realized I was just scared, and I wasn’t going to let fear make my decision for me.
Here’s the best part...I absolutely ❤️ this program.
The variety of workouts is amazing: cardio, weight lifting, kickboxing/mma, yoga, and stretching. Yes, there is a lot of jumping, but there are two levels of modifications, so I can keep going, and none of the workouts are longer than 30 minutes making them perfect for mornings.
